What do you sell?
SnappyTails specialises in home grooming tools for dogs and cats — deshedding brushes, quiet clippers and nail grinders, grooming vacuums that capture fur as you trim, and paw cleaners — plus a small range of feeding, litter and comfort essentials. Everything we stock is chosen to make grooming calmer for your pet and cleaner for your home.
What is your return policy?
You can return an eligible item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, grooming tools that have been used or had their seal broken cannot be returned. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed through our secure, encrypted checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your full card details are never stored on our servers.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping within the USA then takes 7–14 business days. In rare cases — weather, customs or carrier delays — it can take up to 20 business days. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us for a full refund.

Ordering, shipping and returns
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to start updating in the carrier’s system.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and you will not be charged return shipping.
Most of our tools are designed for both. Each product page lists the pets and coat types it suits. Our clippers and nail grinders use low-noise motors and safety guards to keep grooming calm for nervous pets.
